Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, we are 100% cruelty-free and have never tested on animals. As of 2024, we are proud to announce that 100% of our product formulations are certified by The Vegan Society.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also track your order status by logging into your account on our website.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your products within 45 days of purchase for a full refund. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging.

How does the 'Return, Recycle, Repeat' program work?
You can bring your empty plastic tubs, bottles, and tubes back to any participating store. We partner with Scan2Recycle to ensure these materials are repurposed, and Love Your Body™ Club members earn points for recycling.
